Required Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master with proven experience running / driving SW development teams
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts and services
- Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy)
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs and related documentation
- Mapping Initiatives, Epics and Stories to Sprint and Spin plans
- Working knowledge of engineering products such as Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams, Interface Documents and Context Diagrams
- Hands on experience tracing Functional Requirements to Stories, Epics, Use Cases, and Feature Maps
- Customer facing / collaboration experience (someone who can bond with demanding customer technical managers / leads)
- Must be extremely detailed oriented and a strong communicator
