Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training. Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above (e.g., 9141, IN2A, 451/461, 452, or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP).
- Knowledge and experience in COMINT (Communication Externals/COMEXT), ELINT, and Network/Protocol analysis.
- Familiar with modern RF and communication technologies.
- Familiar with discovery mission and techniques.
- Familiar with collection and tasking flow.
- Proficient in software tools: SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK.
- Experience in working in collaborative environment with various external partners.
- Background in tradecraft and analytic development.
