Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Content Developer to play a key role in enhancing the customer operation simulation environment. This is an exciting opportunity to use a combination of creativity and know-how to design mock operations to help train the operators of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CNO operational environment, as well as experience in creating training content.
Responsibilities:
- Design mock operations across several customer bases using real-world scenarios as the foundation.
- Ensure ease-of-use and customizability of the simulations for non-developer users.
- Create training content and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate scenarios to ensure modern principals and polices are implemented in the training environment.
Skills Requirements:
- Experience with the CNO operational environment.
- Knowledge of VSphere and virtual machines.
- Experience in new content creation and designing simulations.
- Experience building teaching materials and rubrics.
- Familiarity with any of the following technologies: MongoDB, Python, Docker, SvelteKit.
- Experience with documentation generation and organization.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous Interactive Operator or Exploitation Analyst experience is preferred.
- Experience with former or current CNO formalized training pipelines (as a student, developer, or Instructor).
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in gathering and refining requirements.
