Description: You will act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Integrator for an ever-evolving project where you will design, develop, and integrate solutions involving the analysis of large data sets to provide mission-centric insights. You will be working closely with analysts, data scientists, and other software engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Write software to be used in production environment.
- Monitor software and update as needed.
- Augment the platform with new tools and technologies.
- Perform code reviews.
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders.
- Write documentation for compliance process.
Skills Requirements:
- Production-grade software development experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or NiFi.
- Familiarity with software version control, such as Git.
- Experience with using the command line in a UNIX or Linux environment.
- Experience working in a multi-node networked environment.
- Experience with large data processing tools, such as Elasticsearch or Splunk.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Experience with a cloud-based hosting environment, such as AWS.
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
- Experience with data presentation tools, such as Kibana.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools, such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Experience with Lua.
YOE Requirement: 12 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
